40th Anniversary Extravaganza

Did someone say it was our 40th anniversary this year?!? That’s right! Our very own ACB began back in 1985, and this year we celebrate our 40th indoor concert season! We have been incredibly fortunate to welcome many conductors to the podium, and for this concert, we agreed that there would be no better way to pay tribute to our own history than to invite many of those conductors back to direct a song or two.
If you’ve been an audience member for any length of time, you might recognize such tunes as Ashokan Farewell, Great Locomotive Chase, Irish Tune from County Derry, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, or even Tank! These are only a few of the selections on tap for this upcoming concert, and we truly hope you’ll be with us for an afternoon of celebration, tribute, memories, and of course, music!
Parking, refreshments, and admission are always free, as we thank you for being a fantastic and loyal audience. Donations to the band are cheerfully accepted, as proceeds from each and every indoor concert are paid forward to a band-designated, nonprofit beneficiary.
